A Panel Discussion on Narrative Statement (non-tenure line)

Non-tenure line faculty members are welcome to attend a panel discussion on Writing a Successful Narrative Statement. In this sessionformer and current school/college P&T committee members will discuss the characteristics of a good narrative, what it is (and is not), what to avoid, and what you should consider writing as part of the COVID-19 adjustments. The panelists include:

  • J. Andy George (Associate Teaching Professor, Math)
  • Eric Robbins (Associate Teaching Professor, Finance)
  • Pam Silver (Associate Dean for Academic Affairs)
  • Ashley Yochim (Associate Teaching Professor, English)

Interested faculty members may submit a draft of their personal narrative by the end of Sunday, 9/18 for feedback from a member of the panel. Instructions and follow-up procedures will be provided in the panel discussion session.
