Tenure-line faculty members are welcome to attend a panel discussion on Writing a Successful Narrative Statement. In this sessionformer P&T committee members will discuss the characteristics of a good personal narrative, what it is (and is not), what to avoid, and what you should consider writing as part of the COVID-19 adjustments. The panelists include:

  • Jay Amicangelo (Chemistry)
  • Leigh-Ann Bedal (Anthropology)
  • Ozgun Demirag (Operations and Supply Chain Management)
  • Tom Noyes (Creative Writing and English)
  • Diane Parente (Management, IBE)
  • Pam Silver (Associate Dean for Academic Affairs)

Interested faculty members may submit a draft of their personal narrative by the end of Friday, 9/16 for feedback from a panelist. Instructions and follow-up procedures will be provided in the panel discussion session.
